POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 lb. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. crushed plain style potato chips
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans

Cream butter, adding sugar gradually. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar while cooling.
