POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 tsp. salt (if potato chips are not real salty)
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine butter and sugar; mix well. Add rest of ingredients, mix well. Shape into balls the size of a walnut. Roll in granulated sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with palm of hand. Bake in 350 degree oven for 12 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
