CRUNCHY POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
3/4 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1/3 c. milk
1 c. walnuts or pecans
1 c. potato chips, cut fine

Cream butter and sugar; add beaten eggs, nuts and vanilla. Beat well. Add milk, flour and soda. Add potato chips and mix lightly. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until lightly browned.
