1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar or American cheese
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tomatoes, sliced

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie pan 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Brown hamburger and onions; drain off drippings. Spread hamburger mix in the bottom of the pan.
