CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice

In large bowl cream together sugars, butter and oil. Beat in eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Sift dry ingredients together and add to batter. Add 3 cups zucchini last.

Pour into greased and floured pan 9x13 (I use two 8 or 9 inch pans). Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. When cool cut into squares and serve with whipped cream if desired.
