HOLIDAY CURRANT PUNCH 
1 c. currant jelly
2 c. pineapple juice
1 (6 oz.) can frozen limeade concentrate
1 (1 liter) bottle club soda
Ice mold

In large glass bowl, melt jelly on medium (microwave), about 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in juice, limeade and 3 cups water; chill. Before serving; place punch in punch bowl; stir in soda until blended. Garnish with ice mold. Makes 16 servings (12 cups).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
