SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sour cream
3 eggs

Grease and flour Bundt pan or spray (heavy with pam). Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
