FRANKFURTERS IN SOUR CREAM 
1 lb. pkg. frankfurters
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. chili sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. caraway seed
3 c. sour cream

Cut each frankfurter crosswise into 7 pieces. Brown pieces in a little butter. Combine other ingredients and pour over frankfurters. Freeze in sealed plastic container.

To serve: Defrost 1 hour. Heat very slowly in a saucepan. Do not allow sour cream to boil. Transfer to a chafing dish with low heat and serve with toothpicks. Yield: about 70 pieces.
