PEACH JELLO MOLD 
1 (6 oz.) peach Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 1/3 c. diced fruit

Dissolve Jello in the 2 cups boiling water. Add the quart of ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until ice cream is melted. Add the diced fruit that has been drained. Chill until set, about 30 minutes. Serves 12.
