MEXICAN FRUIT BARS 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. nuts

Use jelly roll pan, greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese

Beat until creamy. Frost cool bars and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
