2 c. warm water 2 tbsp. yeast 1 egg 1/2 c. oil 1 tsp. salt 1/4 c. sugar 5 c. flour, (plus) Mix all ingredients except flour. Add flour gradually adding more than 5 cups if needed. Knead. Form in rolls, french bread, bread or whatever. Let rise until about double in size about 45 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. Great recipe for those with little time. Start to finish can be done in about 1 1/2 hour. |
