RICE PUDDING RUZ BI HALIB 
1 c. washed rice
1 qt. water
1 qt. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. mazzaher (orange blossom water)

Place rice and water in large saucepan and boil. Cook until almost tender, adding water if necessary. When rice has absorbed most of the water and is tender, add milk and stir constantly until mixture is thick and creamy. Add sugar and simmer until done. Add mazzaher. Pour into serving bowl. Garnish with slivered almonds. Refrigerate.
