1 reg. size pkg. chocolate pudding mix
2 c. milk
1 reg. chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Cook pudding mix with milk according to package directions. use a large saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in cake mix. Beat about 50 strokes by hand. Spread in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over the top. Bake at 350 degrees until cake pulls away from pan sides, about 30 minutes. No frosting is needed.
