CRANBERRY-APPLE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin
2/3 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 red apple, unpeeled and grated
2 tsp. grated orange rind
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash of cloves
Lettuce leaves
Fresh orange rind strips for center garnish

Dissolve raspberry gelatin in boiling water; let cool. Stir in remainder of ingredients and spoon into 4 cup dish or lightly oiled mold. Cover and chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce leaves and garnish, if desired. Serves 8.
