PORTUGUESE FISH | |
Place fillets (any white fish) on buttered foil, salt and pepper to taste. The amounts of vegetables and fish fillets depend on number of guests. Vegetables should be well spread over fish. Chop: celery, onion, fresh tomato and olives (green or ripe). Spread the above over fish and dot with slivers of butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover the foil over fish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
