DIETER'S LEG OF LAMB 
1 leg of lamb
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt
2 med. onions, quartered
4-6 stalks celery, sliced
1/2 c. vinegar

With sharp knife remove fat from lamb. Place lamb in roasting pan with cover, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic. Add onions, celery, vinegar. Cover; cook 20 minutes per pound in 325 degree oven.
