SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
2 lbs. fryer
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. chicken stock
Salt and pepper

Place chicken in 2 quart casserole and cover with sauce. Cover; bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or microwave at High for 30 minutes. Place chicken on broiler pan or grill until crispy, 5-10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
