ORIENTAL LAMB 
4 lbs. steak of lamb
1 c. white wine
1 clove minced garlic
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ginger
Salt and pepper

Combine wine, garlic, soy sauce and ginger. Marinate lamb turning occasionally. Broil or grill to desired degree. Salt and pepper to taste. Serves 4.
