1 c. chopped black walnuts
1 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners' sugar

Grease glass baking dish with butter. Place nuts and coconut in bottom. Mix cake mix by directions on box and pour over nuts and coconut. Mix butter, cream cheese and sugar together. Spoon over top and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Be sure to use a large dish or pan.
