1 c. milk
5 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. confectioners' sugar
3/4 c. shortening

Mix milk, flour and vanilla in shaker. Pour into saucepan. Cook on low heat until thick then chill. Mix confectioners' sugar and shortening until creamy, then add chilled mixture and beat until fluffy.
