MOCK CHOW MEIN | |
1 lb. hamburger 2 sm. onions 1 c. diced celery 1/2 c. uncooked rice 4 tbsp. soy sauce 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can chicken & rice soup 2 c. water Chow mein noodles Brown hamburger and onions. Mix remaining ingredients and add hamburger and onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. After 1st hour add some chow mein noodles on top. Serve with additional chow mein noodles. |
