PINEAPPLE-COCONUT BARS 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick softened butter
2 egg yolks

#2:
2 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1 lg. can drained crushed pineapple

Drain pineapple 30 minutes before mixing so it will be thoroughly drained.

Mix ingredients of #1 together making a soft ball of dough. Pat in an ungreased 9 1/2 x 13 1/2 inch pan. Set aside. Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually add sugar, beating all of the time. Add drained pineapple and coconut. Spread evenly over cake mixture. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into squares. For an added touch use Cool Whip as a topping.
