PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 sm. carrot, grated

Drain pineapple and save juice. Mix all together. Put in Pyrex dish.

Mix together: 3 tbsp. plain flour 1/4 c. sugar

Pour mixture over pineapple, cheese and carrot.

Mix together: 1/4 c. butter

Spread on top of casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
