Thaw 2 loaves of frozen bread dough. Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan. Scatter nuts on bottom of pan, if desired. When bread has thawed, break or cut apart into pieces and place in pan. Melt 1 stick of butter. Mix in 1 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoon milk, 1 large package of vanilla pudding mix (do not use instant), and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Pour over loaf in pan. Break up other loaf and fill in empty spots in the pan. Let rise until it reaches the top of the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until center is done. Immediately turn upside down on cookie sheet and serve.
