STEAK SANTA FE 
1 flank steak (1-1 1/4 lb.)
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. crushed dried oregano
1 env. (1.27 oz.) Lawry's Spices & seasonings for fajitas
1/4 c. water

Mix water with envelope of seasonings, stirring. Simmer 1 minute. Add vegetable oil, juice and oregano. Blend well.

Poke flank steak in several places on both sides with fork. Pour marinade over steak and allow to sit in refrigerator 2-3 hours. Turn occasionally so all meat is coated well. Broil until desired doneness. Slice steak against the grain to serve.
