NANCY'S COCONUT PECAN ICING 
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 egg yolks
1/3 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. coconut
2/3 c. pecans, chopped

Combine the first 5 ingredients in pan. Cook, stirring constantly, over low heat about 10 minutes or until the egg thickens. DO NOT BOIL! Remove from heat and add 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut, 2/3 to 1 cup chopped pecans. Stir and it's ready to use.
