BUTTER BALL COOKIES 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter. Add sugar; beat until fluffy. Add flour to sugar and butter mixture, beating thoroughly to combine. Beat extracts in. Stir nuts in. Roll into balls and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. When done, roll in powdered sugar. Makes 4 dozen.
