MEXICAN STUFFED SHELLS
15-20 lg. shells
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 sm. can chopped chilies
3 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 cap salsa (I use hot)
1 c. shredded Mozzarella

Cook shells according to package directions. Rinse and drain.

Scramble hamburger. Add chilies and 1/4 cup of cheese. Mix until cheese melts.

In a bowl mix tomato sauce and salsa. Add 1/2 cup of mixture to hamburg.

Stuff shells with hamburger mixture. Pour tomato sauce and salsa over stuffed shells.

Cook, covered, for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. For last 5 minutes uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
