CHILI CON CARNE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped bell pepper
2 cans tomatoes, put in blender or cut up
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 pkg. chili-o-mix
3 cans red kidney beans or pinto
1 bay leaf, optional

In heavy skillet, cook meat, onion and green pepper until meat is lightly brown. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Serves 10.
