BANANA PEANUT BREAD 
4 med. ripe bananas
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. soft butter
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Mash bananas. Beat peanut butter and butter until smooth. Beat in eggs, then bananas until blended. Combine dry ingredients; gradually beat into banana mixture until blended. Pour into 9 x 5 inch pan, greased. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; turn onto a wire rack to complete cooling. Makes 1 loaf.
