NATURAL SUGARLESS BANANA BREAD | |
2 c. oat flour 1 c. instant nonfat milk powder 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. chopped peanuts 2/3 c. sunflower seed 2 eggs 1 c. mashed bananas 1 tbsp. vanilla extract 1/3 c. butter, melted Combine first 7 ingredients; set aside. Combine next 3 ingredients in large bowl; beat well. Add butter; mix well. Add dry ingredients; blend thoroughly. Pour into buttered loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bread tests done. |
