BEEF AND DUMPLING BAKE 
2 lb. round steak, 1 inch cubes
2 med. onions, sliced
1 bay leaf
1 can cream of chicken soup (condensed)
1 can onion soup (condensed)
4 green pepper rings
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/3 c. flour
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
Dumplings

Place in 3-quart casserole - steak covered with onion slices and bay leaf. Combine soups, mushrooms, flour and Worcestershire. Pour over meat and onions. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Remove; set oven at 400 degrees. Remove bay leaf. Put peas on top of meat with pepper rings in center.

Use 2 tablespoons chopped parsley in dumplings. Drop dumplings around pepper rings. Cover and bake 20-25 minutes. Also use 1 egg in dumplings. This will beef a lot of just hungry people and look good also. With a tossed green salad that is all you need.
