ANISE SPONGE CAKE 
2 pkgs. Stella Doro Anise Sponge Cookies
1 lg. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
Milk

Slice cookies in half lengthwise and lay in bottom of 9"x12" pan until bottom is covered. Make pudding according to package instructions. Pour on top of cookies. Lay another layer of cut cookies and pour second batch of pudding on top. Put in refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until pudding starts to thicken. Top with Cool Whip and one of the following: 1 (29 oz.) can of sliced peaches; 2 pints strawberries (in season); 8 ounces chocolate chips; or 1 pint of blueberries. Keep in refrigerator to store.
