BARBECUE PORK RIBS 
1 c. barbeque sauce
1 c. water
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Brown meat. I usually use pork roast that the butchers cut into chunks. It is generally less expensive and more lean than ribs. Pour sauce over. Bake about 3 hours at 325 degrees or until tender.
