ORANGE JELLO CAKE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 c. water (hot)
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. salad oil
1 tbsp. orange extract
4 eggs

ICING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Juice of 1 orange

Dissolve 1 package orange Jello in 1 cup hot water. Set aside to cool.

To cake mix add salad oil then add eggs, one at a time. Beat well. Then add cooled Jello and orange extract. Bake in well greased 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Icing: Mix powdered sugar and orange juice together.

Prick hot cake with fork. Push fork through thickness of cake and very close together over entire cake. Pour sugar mixture over cake so it seeps down through fork holes.
