GINGERBREAD HOUSE 
6 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
2 1/4 c. sugar
4 lg. eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. honey

Mix flour, sugar and spices in bowl. Add beaten eggs and honey. Mix with hands, until ingredients cling in a ball. Knead until smooth. Let dough stand in refrigerator in plastic bags, for a day or so, to let honey before absorbed. (Make 5 balls of dough).

Take dough out, let it get almost to room temperature. Roll out on floured board to about 1/8 inch thickness. Make a pattern on paper as follows.
