SHRIMP SPECIAL 
3/4 lb. cleaned, deveined shrimp
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. chopped parsley, less if using dried
About 1/8 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
5 tbsp. butter
Paprika
2 tbsp. dry sherry

In a large frying pan, melt butter. Add garlic, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Add salt and parsley. Arrange shrimp on top and sprinkle with paprika. Broil with pan 5 inches away from heating coil for 6 minutes. Stir once while broiling. Remove pan to stove, add sherry and heat for 2 minutes. Serve over rice.
