SIMPLE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
6 oz. dark sweet chocolate, melted
4 lg. eggs
1 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. Triple Sec, Grand Marnier, or Cointreau

In a blender or processor blend the chocolate, eggs, cream and liqueur until mixture is smooth. Place in bowl and chill, covered, at least 2 hours or until set. Makes 3 cups. Serves 6.
