CORN BEEF SANDWICH CASSEROLE | |
Put 1 large can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained, on bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Next, slice tomatoes on top (optional). Pour large bottle of Thousand Island dressing evenly over tomatoes. Dot with butter. Put 1 pound chipped corn beef spread over top. Next, 1 pound of baby Swiss cheese over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese melts. Then take 1 package of Hungry Jack biscuits and arrange them neatly on top. Bake again until biscuits are brown, approximately 10-15 minutes. |
