FETA CHEESE BALL 
5 radishes, shredded, drained and reserved
2 tbsp. minced parsley
2 minced green onions
Garlic (to taste)
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. feta cheese
1 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. dill
1/2 tsp. each oregano and pepper

Blend all (except radishes) in food processor and place in lined mold. Chill. Unmold and coat with radishes and garnish with parsley sprigs. Serve on cucumber rounds and/or crackers.
