BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
1 bunch broccoli flowerets
12 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1 c. dry roasted sunflower seeds
1/2 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

For dressing, combine mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar; refrigerate overnight. Combine broccoli, bacon, sunflower seeds, tomatoes and raisins; toss. Add dressing and toss.
