3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg

Combine eggs and sugar. Combine sour cream and soda. Combine both mixtures and flour and nutmeg. Blend thoroughly. Roll on floured board to 1/4 inch thick. Cut with doughnut cutter. Fry in deep fat.
