1/2 stick softened butter
1 lb. or 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip
20 oz. Oreo cookies

Make the night before. Chill for at least 12 hours before.

Mix butter, cheese, and powdered sugar in separate bowl. Mix milk and pudding (as if you were going to eat it). Combine it all together and add Cool Whip. There you have the filling. Crush the Oreo cookies. Then layer it in 5 layers 1/3 cookie on top, 1/2 filling, next, etc.
