2 lg. (1 lb.) pkg. Oreo cookies crushed well
1/2 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix (French vanilla)
12 oz. Cool Whip

1. Cream together butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar.

2. Mix together milk, vanilla pudding mix and Cool Whip. Add to cream mixture and mix well.

Line bottom of new flower pot with plastic wrap to plug holes if necessary. Place about 1 inch cookie crumbs in bottom. Add layer of filling, layer of cookie crumbs, layer of filling and end with about 1 inch crumbs. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Decorate with artificial flowers, toy shovel, gummy worms, etc.
