1 (20 oz.) bag Oreo cookies
2 sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 1/2 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter

Crush Oreos in blender. In small bowl cream butter, sugar and cream cheese. In large bowl mix pudding, milk and Cool Whip. (It is better to mix pudding and milk then stir in Cool Whip.)

Combine cream cheese mixture and stir well. Put 1/3 cookies in 8 1/2 inch planter. Pour 1/2 of filling mixture over cookies. Layer 1/3 cookie crumbs, then the remaining filling mixture and top with remaining 1/3 cookie crumbs. Add a silk plant on top for decoration. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
