PISTACHIO PUDDING DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/2 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

Mix flour, sugar, butter, and nuts. Pat in pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Blend together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

Blend pudding and milk 3 minutes; spread and let set 1/2 hour. Spread other 1/2 of Cool Whip over pudding and sprinkle chopped nuts over.
