CHOCOLATE TURTLE CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 lb. (60) caramels
1 stick butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Melt caramels, butter and canned milk. Let cool. Grease 9x13 inch pan. Pour half cake batter in pan. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Pour caramel mixture over cake. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over caramel mixture. Pour the rest of cake batter on top. Bake 23 minutes at 350 degrees.
