MEATLESS TURKEY 
4 lb. Smoked Turkey roll
2 (8 oz.) pkg. herb flavored bread stuffing mix
1/2 c. butter
1 can (1 lb.) Boston brown bread
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. finely chopped walnuts
1 c. golden raisins
1 c. chopped apples
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 tbsp. rosemary

Bake turkey roll at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool. Cut roll in half, hollow out the centers and stuff with dressing. (Make your favorite gravy with the pieces taken from center.) Bake for 1 hour, basting with a broth of butter and water. Slice and serve with cranberry sauce or gravy. Serves 12.
