BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. stuffing mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French fried onion rings
1 c. broccoli liquid
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook broccoli according to directions on box. Drain and save 1 cup liquid. Melt butter and mix with stuffing. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. Put in layers beginning with broccoli, then stuffing, soup and onions. Pour broccoli liquid over last layer. Sprinkle on cheese. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. If cheese begins to brown, cover dish.
