NEW ORLEANS SHRIMP SALAD | |
1/2 c. rice 1/2 green pepper 1 c. cauliflower sections Juice of 1/2 lemon 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 (4 1/2 oz.) c. shrimp 1 small onion 6 stuffed olives salt and pepper Cook rice, drain and cool. Drain and cut shrimp in half. Chop pepper and onions fine. Separate cauliflower into sections, olives in slices. Mix shrimp, rice, vegetables and lemon juice. Add rest of seasoning and mayonnaise. Serves 4. |
